Christian Crackpottery

January 13, 2010

This is the face of pure evil and the guy calls himself a Christian

As you’ve probably heard there was an earthquake in Haiti today.

Upto 100000 people are feared to have died. Think about that 100000 people – men , women, children, pensioners, wives, husbands, sisters , aunts, uncles…

And what does this “christian” gentleman (and I use that word in a sarcastic condescending tone) say on the matter.

Something happened a long time ago to Haiti, and the people may not want to talk about it: they were under the heel of the French… and (Haitians) got together and swore a pact to the Devil. They said ‘We will serve you if you can get us free from the French.’ True story. And so the Devil said ‘Okay, it’s a deal.’ And they kicked the French out. The Haitians revolted and got themselves free. But ever since, they have been cursed by one thing after the other. (They’re) desperately poor. That island of Hispanola (sic) is one island, it’s cut down the middle: on the one side is Haiti, on the other side is the Dominican Republic. The Dominican Republic is prosperous, healthy, full of resorts, et cetera; Haiti is in desperate poverty. Same island! They need to have – and we need to pray for them – a great turning to God.

Seriously !! WHAT THE FUCK ! There’s people suffering there and then this pathetic old fart comes out with crap like this.

I am so glad I am not or ever have been a Christian….because I would not want to be associated with this pathetic excuse for a human being.

I for one am now utterly speechless at his utter contempt for his fellow human beings who are suffering.

Hey Peter: There was a poll today on facebook about whether or not the good “reverend” should be condemned for his comment on the Haiti earthquake. I voted yes on the poll then had a change of heart and commented this ( I think your blog readers might appreciate this more than my most of my facebook friends):

Now that I think about it, I should’ve voted NO. Please continue reading and let me explain before you decide to lynch me.

Condemnations of people and statements like this only encourage false retractions and insincere claims of regret. And this, only after the person realizes that continuing to stand by the statement could lead to serious collateral damage. In Pat’s case he could see a dip in his “gifts of love” (i.e. $$ donations) which could lead to a 5 second retraction and all’s well.

Well no more!!! I encourage the good ol’ “Rev. Robertson” and all his ilk to speak their minds, their ACTUAL minds, unfiltered and truthful! Go on! Let the people know what you think. No, I mean what you *REALLY* think of gay rights, abortion, minorities, and how you really interpret the Bible. Pull back the mask, show us your true colors, let America see how truly and really scary you are and maybe that way we can free ourselves of all you peddlers of nonsense!

So to that end: WHAT ELSE YOU GOT PAT?!?!?!

You may have a point…every time he opens his cakehole (a nice british term for you there) at least 1000 christians will de-convert and become radical militant atheists like us 🙂

You might find this letter from ‘Satan’ to Pat Robertson amusing:

“… and (Haitians) got together and swore a pact to the Devil. They said ‘We will serve you if you can get us free from the French.’ True story”

    Wow, that’s just sad.

    this guy is retarded.

my country is secular and christians are the minority. i dun see earthquakes destroying my country nor are we poor.

In fact, Singapore’s one of the most prosperous country in the world.

Religious or not, it does not matter. People still prosper.
